During TA-2022, P-105 was replaced like-for-like after a recurring bearing failure. A temporary seal-flush deviation was reviewed under MOC 09241 and closed on 18 November 2022.

36 Confirm the suction isolation valve is fully open.
37 Confirm the pump casing is vented and filled with process liquid.
38 Confirm P-105 discharge valve is open before starting the pump.
38 Confirm the discharge path to V-310 is open and PSV-105A is in service before starting P-105.
39 Start P-105 from the local control station.
40 Verify stable flow and record discharge pressure.
